Grace Lofts, located at 1324 Washington Avenue, welcomes you to the Loft District. Grace Lofts is at the intersection of Washington Avenue and 14th Street in downtown St. Louis. We are at the center of the loft district. Whatever you are looking for, whether it's enjoying a fine steak for lunch, burning some calories in yoga class, bowling at midnight, or grabbing a crepe on Sunday morning, you can find it all within walking distance of our lofts.

Neighborhood

Already home to galleries, sporting venues, restaurants, micro breweries and boutiques, the loft district is where you can find an electric combination of people and professions. This is the heart of Downtown. Area restaurants such as Wasabi, Sen Thai, Lucas Park Grille, Sidebar, MO Bar & Grille, Nara Café, Rue 13, B&T Pizza, Washington Avenue Diner, and Flannery's Pub are all within a two block walk. You'll also find Schnucks, a full service downtown grocery store, within walking distance. The St. Louis Fitness Factory, a very high end fitness facility, is located just next door. Great Cuts, a new family style hair salon is just one block away. There are two dry cleaners, Erhlicks and The Globe Cleaners, both located within three blocks of Grace Lofts. The main branch of the city public library is one block South of us. An assortment of small shops and boutiques, which sell everything from custom boxers to imported art pieces from the Orient, are within a couple blocks.

The neighborhood supports a 24/7 lifestyle with an assortment of bars which stay open as late as the city allows (2:30 AM). You can enjoy some of your favorite wines at Lucas Park Grille, partake in some karaoke at Flannery's Pub, or get your groove on at Rue13. If that's not enough, you can walk a few blocks East for a couple frames at Flamingo Bowl, or check out the latest club music at Lure.

If you have children in tow there are several options as well. Just a block to the West is the Nationally acclaimed “City Museum”, which is a must see for all children and adults. The City Museum is a place where you can let your kids explore the imagination of the museum's founder Bob Cassilly. Whether it's the fourth floor aquarium or the recycled school bus hanging off the roof, this place will set you and your child's imagination free. Of course, you can take your kids to the Arch museum for a day in the life of a tourist. You also might try a visit three blocks South to the soldiers Memorial museum (free), one block south to the beautiful main branch of the Public library(currently getting a makeover), You could go bowling at Flamingo Bowl a couple blocks East, see a show or catch a Hockey game at the Scottrade Center seven blocks south of your new home (You could walk or catch the free shuttle from Flannery's Pub), take a walk to explore historic Union Station, Or you you can walk a few blocks East and take the Metrolink to wherever your heart desires.
