From family reunions to the big leagues
There's a reason so many different groups choose STLcityPenthouse. It gives people something a collection of hotel rooms simply can't: 8,000 square feet of private space to actually be together.
We've welcomed generations of families gathering from across the country, lifelong friends celebrating milestone weekends, wedding groups, executives, convention guests, and visitors coming to St. Louis for its biggest games, concerts and events.
We've also had the privilege of hosting professional athletes, sports figures, celebrities, executives and their families, guests who value the space, comfort and privacy of having an extraordinary place of their own in the heart of downtown.

8,000 square feet. One extraordinary place to come together.
Gather around the table. Watch the game together. Celebrate. Catch up. Stay up too late. Bring generations of family, friends, teammates or colleagues under one roof.
Because years from now, you probably won't remember which hotel room everyone stayed in.
You'll remember the time you spent together.
8,000 square feet. One private penthouse. One unforgettable gathering place.
STLcityPenthouse
Where Everyone Comes Together.
Stay. Celebrate. Remember. Elevated.
Two penthouse levels, twelve gathering spaces

The Great Room
Arched cathedral windows, original brick, and seating for the whole group at once.
.jpg)
The Dining Room
One table built for twelve, with the fireside lounge for whoever lingers after dessert.

The Chef's Kitchen
Full range, island, and a bar built for someone to keep pouring while dinner cooks.
.jpg)
The Primary Suite
Brick walls, arched windows over the skyline, and a private terrace door.
.jpg)
The Dressing Room
A full dressing room off the primary bath. The reason wedding parties book here.
.jpg)
The Study
A quiet room with a proper desk, city views, and recliners for when the call ends.
.jpg)
The Vault
A glass-walled cellar off the dining room. Bring your own bottles or we'll stock it.
.jpg)
The Bar
Original brick, ten stools, and an arched window looking at the City Museum wheel.
.jpg)
The Rooftop
Pool, hot tub, fire pit, and a covered pool house with a grill and a bar.
.jpg)
Four more suites
Three king suites and a double queen down the hall, so everyone has a door that closes.
.jpg)
The Media & Family Game Room
A wall-sized screen over a working fireplace, and a couch long enough that nobody sits on the floor.
.jpg)
Elevator Landing & Private Entry
Opens straight into the private penthouse lobby. No front desk, no key cards, nobody else on your floor.
.jpg)
THE BUILDING
Eight thousand square feet, all of it yours
The penthouse is the entire ninth floor of Grace Lofts, a restored 1907 warehouse on Washington Avenue, plus the roof above it. A private elevator opens straight into the great room. No lobby, no front desk, no key cards, nobody else on your floor.
Inside: a 1,000 square foot bridal suite, three king suites and a double queen, six and a half bathrooms so nobody waits their turn, two media great rooms, a chef's kitchen and a table built for twelve, a bar, a wine vault and a study.
THE ROOFTOP
A pool house, a grill, and a fire that belong to your group alone
Most downtown rooftops are shared with two hundred strangers. This one has a gate and your name on it. The pool house opens wide in summer and closes up when the weather turns.

Just redone, and it shows
All-new furnishings. Casual and modern, with enough glamour to make people take photos.
Custom colored lighting you can set room by room, and a surround system that plays through the whole floor. Windows on every side, Lucas Park and the Historic St. Louis Main Library out front, and the City Museum Ferris wheel turning next door.
STEP OUTSIDE
In the heart of it all, everything within walking distance
The penthouse sits inside the Washington Avenue Historic District. A park is across the street and most of downtown is a walk, not a drive.
WHERE WE SEND OUR GUESTS
Eat & drink
A short list we stand behind, not everything within a mile. All of it walkable, and most of it will hold a table for twelve if you call ahead.
Idol Wolf 3 MIN
Tapas, sherry, and a rooftop bar upstairs when the weather holds. Inside The Last Hotel.
Blood & Sand 5 MIN
A members-style room that takes walk-ins. Rotating menu, serious cocktails. Book ahead for a group.
Rated 8 MIN
Chef Juwan Rice cooking in front of you. Sit at the counter and let the kitchen decide.
Sump Coffee 9 MIN
For the person in your group who is up at six and needs somewhere to go.
All walkable from the front door. Call ahead for a table of twelve.
THE HONEST COMPARISON
Hotel versus STLcityPenthouse
We're not competing with the apartment down the block. We're competing with the room block you were about to reserve.
WHO BOOKS THE WHOLE FLOOR
Family reunions
Three generations, one floor, and a kitchen big enough to cook in together.
Convention trips
America's Center is eleven minutes on foot. Bring the team, skip the room block.
Game weekends
Cardinals, Blues, and CITY SC. Walk there, walk back to your own rooftop.
Race weekends
Room for the whole crew, secure garage parking for three vehicles.
Concerts and shows
Enterprise Center and the Dome are both a walk, and nobody is driving home after.
Milestone birthdays
Fiftieths, sixtieths, weddings, and the ones people fly in for.
FIVE NIGHTS
The wedding party package
Five nights with the entire penthouse to yourselves. The 1,000 square foot bridal suite, three king suites, a double queen, two media great rooms, and the private rooftop pool house with its own kitchen, pool and jacuzzi.
FROM GUESTS
An incredible place for a multi-generational family. Room to spread out, a game room and a pool table, and a dining space where we could all eat together. The views and the feel of it are a celebration of St. Louis.

The photos already make it look incredible, but it's better in person. The pool was a huge win with our five kids, and being able to walk to City Museum and everything else was so easy.

A fabulous place for my family while we explored the city. There were four families and each one had its own space.

Spotless. Right in the heart of downtown, with plenty of room for several families. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful and clean. We especially loved the pool and the pool table. Plenty of TVs, which mattered because the World Cup was on. The kitchen was incredible.
